Project Manager in Industrial Projects

As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for the project's goals from project start to when the facility is operational.

Being involved in both procurement and design, developing and following up on project budgets and timelines is a major part of your role. The projects are led by you in close collaboration with the client and a project organization consisting of several suppliers across various competence and discipline areas. We often participate in all phases of the client's projects; feasibility studies, pre-projects, and investment projects. Our clients are primarily in the mining, pulp/paper, chemical, energy, and manufacturing industries.

Your tasks:

• Involvement in the entire chain, from pre-project to commissioning of constructed facilities
• Drive projects towards set goals
• Lead, plan, and distribute tasks in the projects

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone with a technical education who has previously worked as a project manager or deputy project manager in industrial projects. To succeed in your role, you need to be motivated by leading others and be able to collaborate with multiple contact points, both externally and internally. We prefer that you have at least 5 years of experience working as a project manager/deputy project manager.

As a person, you are structured, goal-oriented, action-oriented, and attentive. You have a broad and comprehensive understanding of technology and are used to working towards set goals. You see yourself as a team player with good social skills and the ability to build good relationships.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in project work
• Be accustomed to planning, leading, and distributing tasks
• Be analytical and structured
• Be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
